Base

Also known as(aka)”Sweet Dough”. In Korean it is called Dan-Goa-Ja(단과자). Sweet dough bread is a bread made with sugar, oil, and eggs.
Our base bread has a strong sweet taste and contains a higher blend of ingredients such as sugar, oil, and eggs compared to general breads in terms of blending ratio.

The base bread include cake donuts, chow cream, sweet rolls, Danish pastries, red bean bread, cream bread, and cinnamon bread. There are three types of base bread. The first is a regular confectionery bread, the second is a sweet type, and the third is a rich type.
